Remodeling plans are underway for the timeshare units at Mountainside. The first two pilot units, 11 and 22, have had the furniture and contents removed and the contractors will move in within the next week to start the process. These two units will be test cases to determine how much time it actually takes to complete a unit and at what final cost. When completed board of directors members will do a walk through and decide which elements of the remodel were cost effective, functional and attractive. Once the facts are known the board will decide how many units will be remodeled this fall before spring.

UPDATE
The Board of Directors inspected the remodeled unit at their quarterly meeting on October 18th and directed the management company to continue working with the interior decorators to tweak the design. Spring of 2009 is when the first group will be remodeled.

The key card system has been completed and protective awnings will be installed on all walkways by winter.

~ You have access to RCI points resorts
~ Over 90% of the new RCI resorts are in points
~ Use your points for airfare, hotels, cruises, rental cars and more

The R&R Bar and Grill has reopened at the Inn at Silvercreek and they have received their liquor license. Try the 7 Trails Grill at Sol Vista for good, affordable food. Also at Sol Vista the new lodge is under construction at Basecamp 1 and should be ready for this years ski season.
